The hotel had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and canal, but the room was never serviced from Thursday to Sunday. The service was mostly friendly and professional, yet at times seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. The location was wonderful, right on the river at the mouth of the lake, with a young man being particularly attentive. The dining experience was varied, with plentiful breakfast options but a disappointing waffle mix. Overall, a nice stay with some minor inconveniences.
